Fuller House Star Jodie Sweetin Talks Wedding Plans at the 2017 Kids' Choice Awards

Fans shouldn't expect Jodie Sweetin to walk down the aisle anytime soon. To blame? A broken leg. During the 2017 Kids' Choice Awards, fans instantly noticed the Fuller House star walking the orange carpet with the injury, but luckily she was able to dish on wedding plans with Entertainment Tonight. FiancГ© Justin Hodak was also in attendance, along with children Zoie, 8, and Beatrix, 6. She shares the little gals with ex-husband Cody Herpin.

According to Sweetin, wedding plans are still up in the air. "Every time we think about it, it just keeps getting pushed a little bit further," she admitted to ET of a possible wedding date. "We'll get through the broken leg first."

The 35-year-old snapped her ankle and tibia back in January while climbing a fence to grab a toy for daughter Beatrix. Further, she revealed to ET that she's expected to be on crutches for three more weeks with little walking. Fortunately, Fuller House ended up taking home an award for Favorite TV Show-Family, to Sweetin's excitement.

The actress was engaged last January, after Hodak popped the question on the heels of her 34th birthday. The couple rarely share details of their relationship and only announced the news to close friends and family before it was made public. The engagement ring, which is quite the sparkler, was published by E! News shortly after. Sweetin's currently rocking a stunning split-shank halo diamond ring.

This wouldn't be the first time the blond beauty has left an air of mystery around the big day. Over the summer, the actress previously revealed to ET that she's yet to start planning for the exchange of vows.

“We're really excited,” Sweetin said of the engagement. “We're looking at the end of next year. We haven't started any planning for it, though. I've just been so busy with Dancing With the Stars and Fuller House. But once this wraps and I have a little bit of free time, we're going to start jumping into the planning.”
